Streamline Automation developed the FROG3D polystyrene foam cutting system, a comprehensive set of digital and CNC tools used primarily in the theming industry.

As parts of the FROG3D system, Streamline markets and manufactures:

• High resolution 4-axis CNC laser scanners

• Handheld white-light photographic scanners

• 5-axis CNC hotwire cutters

• 4-axis CNC mills

• All associated software and processes to link each tool into a comprehensive system

I was hired on as an installer/technician/assembler. In addition to mastering the FROG3D system, I was also tasked with assembling equipment prior to shipping, prototyping parts for prospective and current clients, and technical support for new clients (including some highly complex 4-axis wirecutting for the Black Panther movie set).
